Fares Hammoudeh has been holding corporate executive positions in several companies in Jordan for more than 16 years. He is the General Manager and Managing Director of two large  FMCGs and a partner of a leading innovative automation and engineering firm in Jordan and the region.

He has been the Chairman of the board of directors Of Zarqa Chamber of Industry since January 2016 where prior to that had held the vice chair since May 2014. He has been a board member of Jordan Chamber of Industry since April 2015. He is also a board member of the Social Security Corporation, and a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce since December 2015. He was also a board member of Millennium Challenge Corporation in Jordan until the conclusion of its project of $275 million.

Fares Hammoudeh has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Industrial Engineering from top ranked Purdue University in the United Sates. He also holds a Master of Business Administration "Global Executive MBA" from prestigious 'IE Business School' in Madrid, which is highly ranked by the Financial Times and the Economist. Fares Hammoudeh achieved top 20% honors and was recognized to join the outstanding business organization of Beta Gamma Sigma Honors Society in the US.

Besides fluency in Arabic and English, he has full proficiency of Italian language where he reached level B2 at Società Dante Alighieri. He is also a member of the Jordanian Engineers Association since 2000.
